| Do you have Rental Cars? |
| Enterprise Rent-A-Car operates an office half a mile from our Service Drive! They can arrange to place you in a fine late model vehicle, while your car or truck is being repaired in our facility. Under certain circumstances, you may be eligable for transportation at little or no cost to you! Refer to your Owner's Handbook or your Extended Agreement Contact for details. |

| Will I pay more to have my car repaired at a Dealership? |
| Your repair should be very competively priced with other facilities. Our shop labor rate is among the lowest in the valley! We utilize standard estimating manuals to determine the labor amounts charged. Additionally, you can depend on receiving quality repairs made by the people who know your Chevrolet or Isuzu best! Additionally, most parts and service carry a 12 month 12,000 mile guarantee good at any GM dealer across the nation! |

| At Chapman, we understand the value of your time! We have a dedicated technician to handle all your minor service needs and can perform oil changes, tire rotations, transmission and different lubrication services, and the like. Many of these services can be performed while you wait! |

| I received a questionnaire after my last visit. Is it important that I fill it out? |
| Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep and Chevrolet send out surveys to check on the performance of their dealers. It is very important that you take the time to fill out the survey carefully. These surveys are your opportunity to let the manufacturers and dealers know how you feel about your new vehicle, and the quality of repairs that you received. After all...
