From start to finish, dealing with Riley and Ken and John, I have to tell you in all the years experience. I have dealing with dealerships and buying new vehicles This by far was the best experience I’ve ever had, and I’m old. All three of them were very professional and friendly. It was like I’ve known these guys for years. Even to the gal upfront, then answer the phones, kudos to all at Chapman auto.. After buying my vehicle, I really don’t think that I will be buying a new car anytime soon. But I guarantee you I will pass all my experience from this to all my friends and family. Thank you, Chapman for making this experience so simple.
I just had an oil change on a new replacement engine. Prior to this oil change after the swap out, I complained about an exhaust leak. They fixed the leak on driver’s side, but you can still hear a leak on passenger side, immediately after starting truck. I addressed the issue with Maggie Carter and she agreed with the discrepancy. I’m grateful for another set of eyes and ears. My only dilemma is when they first repaired leak on driver’s side, wouldn’t you think that the quality check would have realized that the opposite side required some looking into? Kudos to Maggie for taking the initiative for addressing my concerns.
I took my car in to Chapman not knowing what was wrong with my car other than an obvious coolant smell and coolant sprayed everywhere in the engine bay. They got me a loaner car so I could still take care of all my business when my car was in the shop. When my car was down there service department kept great communication and got all my parts ordered and my car back to me in a timely manner.
Maggie is a great service advisor. Communication is top notch!
