This was our first time purchasing from Chapman Payson, as well as our first time using a remote purchase service. All of the folks at Chapman Payson were awesome and our experience was seamless. Highly recommend, and will go there first when we're ready to buy next time.

Horrible Experience

Service department did warranty work and then the ASE Master mechanics decided to do unapproved and unrelated repairs while also trying to charge me for extra for it. Kept the vehicle for 2 weeks for a job that required less than 3 hours of labor. Upon picking up the vehicle the battery was dead. It was less than 6 months old and the service tech said someone must have left the ignition on. Sales manager told me he was not going to replace battery and I was on my own. I drove away unable to restart my vehicle once I turned off the ignition. Will never return or recommend after such a terrible experience.


Had a great experience with Chapman Auto Center. We drove all the way from Cottonwood to find just the new Blazer we were looking for. Riley was very helpful.
